1. Scope of Services

SORIT ONLINE offers professional web development services, including but not limited to:

• Custom website creation

• Logo and brand identity design

• User interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design

• Web technology consultation

All services are provided remotely and tailored to the client's specifications.

2. Ordering and Payment

2.1 Ordering Process

Clients can request services via our website or by contacting us through email or WhatsApp. Each project will begin with a detailed proposal outlining scope, timeline, and costs.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

• PayPal

• Bank Transfers

• Mobile Payment Apps (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

• Cryptocurrencies (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum)

Payments must be made in full before the commencement of any service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Delivery and Acceptance

Upon completion, deliverables are sent to the client for review. Clients have 7 calendar days to request revisions or report issues. If no feedback is received within this time, the deliverables will be deemed accepted.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Right of Withdrawal

According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian Government Ordinance No. 34/2014, consumers may withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of its conclusion.

To exercise this right, clients must notify us in writing within the 14-day period. If the service has not started, a full refund will be issued. If work has begun, a prorated refund will be provided based on completed work.

4.2 Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 14 days of the withdrawal notice and will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be governed by Romanian law. We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If resolution is not achieved, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Târgu Jiu, Romania.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights for deliverables remain with SORIT ONLINE until full payment is received. Upon payment, rights are transferred to the client, excluding any third-party materials which remain under their respective licenses.

7. Limitation of Liability

SORIT ONLINE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal data collected during the ordering process is used solely for service fulfillment and will not be shared without consent. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
