Returns & Refunds policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, returns are not possible. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• A full refund if no work has commenced and a cancellation request is made within 24 hours after placing the order.

• A partial refund based on the percentage of work completed if cancellation is requested after the work has started.

• No refund is granted once the project has been fully delivered according to the initial agreement.
